Steel Pretreatment

We perform sandblasting and priming on steel plates and profiles to enhance corrosion resistance and paint adhesion. This ensures consistent quality for subsequent cutting, welding, and finishing processes, in full compliance with international classification society standards.

Hull Lofting and Plasma Cutting

Based on the hull design drawings, we perform full-scale mold line lofting and precise component layout positioning. This achieves high dimensional accuracy and provides clear assembly reference marks for all hull sections, frames, beams, and plates—establishing a precise and reliable foundation for subsequent plasma cutting, forming, and welding operations.

Component Processing

This process includes cutting, bending, plate rolling, drilling, and sub-component assembly. We maintain strict control over form and positional tolerances of all parts, as well as weld groove dimensions, to ensure full compliance with assembly and welding standards and to enhance the overall precision of hull segments.

Sectional Assembly

Hull segments are butted, aligned, and tack-welded on the assembly jig. This stage precisely controls overall dimensions, straightness, and structural deformation, providing a solid foundation for the final fitting of all hull blocks.

Shipway Assembly

We perform long-seam and structural stiffener welding using CO₂ and submerged arc welding processes. Strict welding procedure qualifications and non-destructive testing (NDT) are enforced throughout all operations.

Berth Outfitting

We perform full mooring commissioning, sea trial preparation, and official class surveys during berth outfitting. We thoroughly verify power, maneuvering, communication, and all auxiliary systems to ensure vessels meet stringent delivery quality standards.
